Results

We manage projects based on Prince2-, PMI-, IPMA- and CMMi like no other. We also specialise in Project Governance, Planning & Estimation and Supplier Management in multiple areas.

Proferus does work for a variety of customers. In addition to financial and government institutions, we are involved in many other sectors. Due to our virtual office, we are available anywhere. We have managed a multitude of projects since 2008.

XS4All

During 2010, Proferus was involved in a project for XS4All. The challenge was to create a more user-friendly system for XS4All users.

Core results:

  • Compilation of scenarios and business cases for the steering committee.
  • Gathering of marketing and sales requirements.
  • Realisation of sales channel and self-service portals.

UWV

Another example is a project for UWV. The aim of the Digitalisation of Employers programme was to reduce the amount of paperwork due to absenteeism and also to increase digital registration. The challenge was to develop a complete portal for UWV’s absenteeism reporting system.

Core results:

  • The full realisation of the ICT of levels 1 and 3 of the DW programme. Achieved within budgetary and time constraints.
  • Realisation of the absenteeism reporting system along with an external developer.
  • Direction of functional design, development and test phases.
  • Facilitation and orchestration of the decision-making process.
